Iron Creek Ventures was established in January 2007 to take advantage of market inefficiencies in real estate-related debt instruments. We identify, investigate, and, after careful due diligence, acquire non-performing, whole loans secured by commercial real estate from banks, non-bank financial institutions, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and other entities and organizations.
We seek to create liquidity for sellers of non-performing loans, profit in monetizing them for our investors, and a professional and responsible interaction in our borrower relationships. |
